Hostilité Sourdes

The obscurity of the night appears ominous. We hurry to get home, we avoid being out alone. Since our childhood, we have been mistrustful about the night. Since childhood, since the dawn of time. Myths, legends, tales, thrillers and cinema use and educate this fear. They build deep inside us mental images linked to this fear, preconceived ideas. We can imagine we will face a danger at each corner of a street. We don’t need to live the threat to feel it. Our visual culture awakes our imagination and the empty spaces get disturbing.
